Yan leads Operating Crew’s packaging, carrier and fulfillment work. His operating experience spans Warby Parker, Weee! and Atomic, where he saw how shipping decisions affect the customer experience and the P&L.
Xun leads growth and partnerships at Operating Crew. She was a corporate attorney before running ecommerce at Stone & Strand, bringing both a retailer’s point of view and a commercial lens to the work.
