2025 Summer Internship

We’re looking for a curious, motivated intern to join us this summer. If you’re someone who loves jumping into real projects, figuring things out on the fly, and taking ownership (with plenty of support and mentorship), you’ll fit right in. This isn’t a coffee-fetching gig—you’ll be building models, researching brands, crafting content, and getting a front-row seat to how startups scale. We move fast, we learn as we go, and we believe great work and good vibes can go hand in hand.

Location: New York, NY (Likely 4-5 days onsite each week in Brooklyn, or meetings in the city)
Duration: 40 hours/week, preferably full-time for at least 2 months
Start Date: Flexible (Immediate start is a plus)
Compensation: Paid internship

What Your Summer Might Look Like

We’re a small, collaborative team—so you’ll be involved from day one. You’ll work on both operational and growth-focused projects, including building shipping analysis models, conducting outreach, researching new clients, and planning events or content.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • You’ll learn a lot. We’ve built and led teams at great companies and tap on our experience, ensuring that we move quickly, but thoughtfully. We’re intentional about mentorship and making sure everyone on the team has the support they need to succeed.

  • You’ll see how startups really work. You’ll participate in strategy discussions, planning meetings, and see the behind-the-scenes process of finding product-market fit, refining go-to-market strategy, and building partnerships.

  • You’ll execute at a high level. Our backgrounds in consulting and law taught us that excellence matters—so you’ll learn how to create polished, professional work that drives results. That has helped us close top brands and work with brands that we all know and love.

  • You’ll have fun and meet great people. We attend DTC events and meet 3–8 new brands each week. You’ll get exposure to founders and operators across the ecosystem and get to engage with the community.

We’ve started to review applications so don’t wait to reach out!

PS: We know it’s not an easy time to be a student looking for a role. My advice? Take the time to get clear on what excites you — and be thoughtful in how you show up. We received 60 applications within the first day of posting this role.

If you’re genuinely interested: Do your homework. Get introduced through someone who knows us. If a candidate isn’t spending 30mins reading up on what we do and what we’ve posted to come up with a thoughtful message to get an internship, it’s hard to imagine they would be thoughtful in building relationships with $150M brands.
