The transition

Operating Crew leveraged our founder's warehouse experience from Warby Parker to negotiate with 3PLs and optimize every operational step, including developing a new system for packing and grouping SKUs. By redesigning processes with best-in-class practices and showing cost-effective fulfillment, we reduced costs and built strong relationships with 3PL teams.

We also helped LOOK Optic evaluate and improve their packaging. By finding manufacturers with the best infrastructural fit and exploring different materials, we identified stronger, more cost-effective corrugated boards for their needs, reduced lead-time and ensured that their packaging was sustainable.
