This process will take between 3-5 minutes. You may follow along with the video above or the steps below.

  3. Click on Export Shipments button

  4. When the Export Shipments window pop ups, click on Create new format

  5. Enter a name for the export format

  6. Select the following fields:

    1. Date - Shipped Date

    2. Shipment - Tracking Number

    3. Shipment - Service

    4. Ship To - Residential Flag

    5. Shipment - Zone

    6. Ship To - Postal Code

    7. Shipment - Weight

    8. Shipment - Length

    9. Shipment - Width

    11. Ship To - Country

    12. Carrier - Service Selected

    13. Carrier - Fee

  7. Once all the fields have been selected (moved to the right side), click on Save Export Format.

  8. Return to the Shipments tab and filter on Ship Date to generate the list of shipments for the past 6 months (3 months is ok, but at least 6 months is best).

  9. Once the shipments have appeared, click on Export Shipments

  10. When the Export Shipments window pops up, in the 3 sections:

    1. Select “Export all x records in the current view”

    2. Select “Export shipments”

    3. Select the name of the Export Format you created previously (not “Export my current view)

  11. An excel csv file will be downloaded with the required columns.

This is what the export file should look like.
